How to Resolve Windows 10 Update Error not Installing

Tap on the Windows Update, then tap on the Next to continue.

Next click on Try troubleshooting as an administrator

Wait for some time for the detection, and fixation of errors, tap on Close to exit

the Windows Update.

Finally, restart your PC, and check for the Updates again.


4.     Free some space in your drive

To increase the capacity of your system to download the updates, follow these simple steps

  • From the Start menu, select Run, put the msc in the given box, then press Enter.
  • From Disk Management, select the system drive, then from the context menu select the Properties.
  • From the pop up window, tap on the Disk Clean-up.
  • Wait for few minutes, and let the Disk CleanUp to show the files, tick the files which needs to be deleted then tap on OK.
